Completed one of the larger canvases I have worked on.   This  and others in the pipe line will be included in a show in Lake Tahoe in August.

Studios on the Park

Studios on the Park in Paso Robles, Calif is the jewel of the Central Coast.   Working studios of some twenty full time very quality artist.   I am painting there on thursday and most of the weekends.

River Rock & Red Poppies

This will be my most ambitious canvas to date....30 x 48.  Working larger format these days for the challenge and impact.   With a show coming up this summer in a new gallery in South Lake Tahoe,  this will be one of several new works in progress.

Complete....Sterling Tea Pot & Lemons

Now  that I have finished  several reflective still lives,,,must say, its very enjoyable.   Between that and my up close landscpes and painting long hours for a upcoming show...its all good,,,nothing I would rather be doing.

New Sterling and Lemons

Finally started the perfect center canvas for a triptych I have been working on for a while.  Sterling reflection is a new path for me.   This might be the last for a short period,,,ready to get back to my first love,,,water and rocks.  Sounds boring I know,,,but I works for me!

New Work for the new year 2011

Starting the new year off with a fast pace....with a few sales and upcoming show,  equals many hours in the studio.   Cant think of a better way to spend time...being creative and listing to great music.

  This new work " Falling Strawberry" will be featured in a themed show for the Studios on the Park in Paso Robles.

Durango Fall Visit

Annual trip to beautiful Durango, Colorado.    This time of year is was a first to see the fall colors and to take photos for upcoming paintings....never see enough!
